iSupervise Refunds policy

Cancellation means:

  1. Contacting us to postpone your appointment.
  2. Not showing up on your arranged appointment.
  3. Party B not showing up to the appointment.
  4. iSupervise cancelling your appointment because we have not received relevant documents from both parties. It is your responsibility to make ensure all documents requested or may be relevant are provided to us 24 hours before your appointment. If documents are not provided 24 hours before the appointment, we may cancel it.
  5. iSupervise cancelling because of a breach in the service agreement.

Requesting a Refund:

Call +61424966051 or email bookings@isupervise.com.au to cancel your booking or to request a refund.

Funds will be deposited into your nominated bank account.
