Welcome to iSupervise

Supervised contact services are professional organizations that facilitate and oversee visits between a child and a parent they do not reside with, typically due to separation or divorce.

Sometimes, supervised contact is necessitated by a lack of trust between parents or potential risks to the child, particularly in cases of alleged or confirmed abuse.

We also find our services invaluable when reuniting children with parents after prolonged periods of separation, helping to facilitate these reunions in a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable manner.

In addition to this primary service, we also extend our supervision to clients of the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) and oversee visits between foster carers, guardians, and biological parents.

Throughout our website, the term 'parents' is used inclusively to encompass parents, guardians, carers, and grandparents.

Why Choose iSupervise?

Our existence is rooted in providing a safe and supportive environment for supervised visitations tailored to parents' needs.

Diverse Visitation Options

At iSupervise, we offer a private offsite service, deploying supervisors to locations convenient for both parents. This approach offers several advantages:

  • Reduced travel time for parents, allowing them to maintain their usual routines.
  • Familiar and comfortable environments for children, such as local parks or play centres.
  • Flexibility for residential visits, accommodating the needs of young children or varying weather conditions.

Tailored Visit Schedules

As a private offsite service, we customise visit schedules to suit the needs of both parents and children. Visits can take place in public settings or at the visiting parent's residence, with flexible drop-off and pick-up arrangements.

For parents without transportation, we provide transport solutions, including options for adverse weather conditions.

Special Considerations for Babies

We understand the delicate nature of visits involving babies, particularly those living with their mothers. Our no-contact visits ensure the comfort and safety of all parties involved, with arrangements made to accommodate the attachment between babies and their mothers.

Comprehensive Reporting

Following each visit, our team prepares detailed contact reports, also known as court reports, outlining notable events and conversations. These reports are provided to parents within seven days of the visit, ensuring transparency and accountability.
